Director/PDMR Shareholding

Yü Group (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, meter asset owner, and installer of smart meters to the UK corporate sector, announces that, on 23 April 2024, two PDMRs sold shares in the company.

Anthony Perkins, Senior Independent Director, sold 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £19.20 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Anthony Perkins will hold 15,500 Ordinary Shares.

David Crowe, Managing Director of Yü Energy, sold 7,354 Ordinary Shares at £19.33 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, David Crowe will hold 8,000 Ordinary Shares and will have options over 132,894 shares.
