Notice of Rejected Appeal Regarding Lawsuit to Invalidate Decisions of the General Assembly of the Company from June 30, 2021

Following previous announcements on the subject of the lawsuit by minority shareholders to invalidate the decisions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) held on June 30, 2021, the Company hereby informs the public that on March 17, 2025, it received a Judgment from the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia under case number Pž-3267/2023 dated February 4, 2025. This judgment rejected the appeal of the plaintiff and confirmed the first-instance judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb dated May 10, 2023, under case number P-1296/2021. The plaintiff's request to declare the decisions of the General Assembly of June 30, 2021, null and void was entirely rejected, with the obligation to reimburse the Company, as the defendant, for the costs of the lawsuit.
