("the Company" or "the Group")

Purchase of shares by Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was notified, on 16 April 2024, by the Trustee of Personal Group's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, on 12 April 2024, at a price of £1.5588 per share.

The EBT exists to encourage and facilitate the holding of shares by or for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. The EBT holds the shares to fulfil the commitments of the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan. Certain Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

Following this transaction, a total of 80,320 ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
