Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Portmeirion Group PLC, the owner, designer, manufacturer and omni-channel retailer of leading homeware brands in global markets, confirms it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report").
In addition, the Group announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office at London Road, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 7QQ on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at 12.00 noon (the "2024 AGM").
The 2023 Annual Report and the Notice of the 2024 AGM have been published on the Company's website at https://www.portmeiriongroup.com/investors/reports-and-presentations
and https://www.portmeiriongroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/notice-agms , respectively. Printed copies have been posted to shareholders who requested to receive them in hard copy form.
