Publication of audited annual report and accounts and Notice of AGM
Further to the announcement of its unaudited preliminary results on 10 April 2024, M&C Saatchi today announces that it has published its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Accounts") alongside its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will take place on 16 May 2024 at 11.00am at the Company's registered office at 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE.
Both the 2023 Accounts and notice of AGM can be accessed on the Company's website. Printed copies of the 2023 Accounts and notice of AGM are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies.
