Change to Director roles and responsibilities

The Board of Hipgnosis Songs Fund announces that Ms Cindy Rampersaud, who has served as a Non-Executive Director since 1 August 2023, was appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 12 April 2024.

Ms Rampersaud will remain as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as a member of the following Board committees:

-      Environmental, Social and Governance Committee;

-      Management Engagement Committee;

-      Nomination Committee;

-      Portfolio Committee; and

-      Remuneration Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
