Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that Andrew Beaden, Chairman, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 30.35 pence per Ordinary Share into his SIPP.
Following this purchase, Mr Beaden holds a beneficial interest in 680,975 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
