Yü Group PLC (AIM; YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, and meter asset owner and installer of smart meters to the UK corporate sector, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available to download from the Company's website at  www.yugroupplc.com .

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be held at 10:30am on 23 May 2024 at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
