Steyr Motors AG: Proposal of a dividend of EUR 0.55 per share
Steyr, Austria, March 12, 2025 – Due to the positive operating result, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will jointly propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.55 per dividend-entitled share for the 2024 financial year.
The details of the resolution proposal will be published separately and in a timely manner before the Annual General Meeting of Steyr Motors AG, which will take place on May 7, 2025.
The annual financial statements of Steyr Motors AG for the 2024 financial year will be published on March 18, 2025, at www.steyr-motors.com.
