James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that in accordance with the rules of the James Halstead Share Option Plan, the Remuneration Committee has granted 90,000 options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as listed below.

The date of the grant is 27th March 2024, and the period of exercise is between the third and tenth anniversary from the date of the grant. The vesting of the award is dependent upon the achievement of a performance criteria and is subject to the operation of Malus and Clawback provisions, as set out in The Rules of the James Halsted PLC Share Option Plan.         

Following the grant of the Options the total number of ordinary shares in the Company under option is 3,747,334 representing 0.90% of the current issued share capital.
