Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that it has received the following notification.

On 27 March 2024, Stephen Craigen, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, transferred 12,860 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to his wife, Rebecca Craigen, at nil consideration per share. Following this transaction, Stephen Craigen's aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 12,860 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital.
