In continuation of our letter dated March 15, 2023 (copy enclosed), it is informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 22, 2024 has resolved that Mr. Wasim Ahmad, who was earlier assigned the duties and functions of Company Secretary on acting charge basis, is hereby appointed as permanent whole-time Company Secretary with immediate effect.
