Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer and producer of hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that it was informed on 18 March 2024 that Helmut Gierse, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 March 2024 at an average price of 3.5p per Ordinary Share, in order to fund income tax liabilities resulting from the receipt of Ordinary Shares, as announced by the Company on 8 March 2024.
Following the sale, Helmut Gierse 's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 10,705,005 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
