Exercise of SAYE Options, Issue of Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor , announces options over a total of 1,044,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised under the Group's existing Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme.

Exercise of SAYE Options

Options over a total of 1,044,000 Ordinary Shares have been exercised under the Likewise 2019 SAYE Scheme, at an exercise price of 10 pence each ("SAYE Exercise").

Following the SAYE Exercise, the Group has 24,240,334 options outstanding in total.

Issue of Ordinary Shares

The application for the 1,044,000 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the SAYE Exercise are to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00.a.m. on 18 March 2024.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 245,008,480. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
