The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Essentially Juices Manufacturing LLC, Unit S06 & S07, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Al Khail Gate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and via digital conference call details of which will be circulated in advance of the General Meeting, on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 at 09:00am (GMT).
