Cornerstone FS Plc (AIM: CSFS), a foreign exchange and payments company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through its proprietary technology platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect, in addition to Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited's existing role as Broker to the Company.

William Newton - Chief Information Officer

William Newton is a director of Eblock Systems Limited. He was appointed on 1 July 2019; as such this was a current directorship at the date of the Company's announcement entitled "Director Appointments" dated 22 February 2022.

Simon Bullock - Non-Executive Director

Simon Bullock was a director of Harley Street Clinics Worldwide plc until 25 May 2018. Harley Street Clinics Worldwide plc entered a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation process on 20 May 2019 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £99,864. Harley Street Clinics Worldwide plc was subsequently dissolved on 2 December 2021.
