Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("the Fund"), hereby announces the decision of the Board of Nominees to change the membership of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Fund by appointing Ms. Ileana-Lăcrămioara Isărescu in the position currently held by Mr. Alin-Marius Andrieș.

The membership of the Audit and Valuation Committee remains unchanged.

Thus, starting with 15 March 2025, the membership of the Fund's Consultative Committees will be:
