Result of AGM

The Directors of Zytronic plc reports that at the AGM held on 29 February 2024, all Ordinary and Special Resolutions put before shareholders were duly passed, with the exception of Special Resolution 7 (authority to dis-apply pre-emption rights).

The Company manages a proactive relationship with its shareholders, and will therefore consult with the relevant shareholders through its Broker in relation to their voting on Special Resolution 7.
