TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that it was notified on 27 February 2024 that Menostar Holdings Limited, a company beneficially owned by Dimitry Kirpichenko, had reduced its holding from 1,703,489 Ordinary Shares to 1,503,489 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.78 per cent of the Company's currently issued share capital.
