Potential listing on the Specialist Funds Segment of the London Stock Exchange

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce it is considering applying for admission of the Company's ordinary shares to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange (the "Admission") as a means of broadening the appeal of the Company to a wider range of shareholders. If the Company does proceed with an application for the Admission, it will provide an update in due course.
