Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 5 February 2024 it received notification from Thierry Andretta, Chief Executive Officer, that on 2 February 2024 he purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Thierry Andretta is interested in 70,689 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
