Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading chip maker of mixed-signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kristoff Rademan to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Kristoff will join the Company and Board in May 2024.

Kristoff is a finance professional with over 20 years' experience working in corporate finance positions across the pharmaceutical and technology spaces. Kristoff has held a diverse range of senior finance management roles and is currently serving as Vice President, Group Financial Controller at Oxford Biomedica Plc. Kristoff previously spent a number of years at European specialty pharmaceutical company, Archimedes Pharma, including a period as the business's UK & Ireland Finance Director.

Kristoff, who is 45 years old, began his finance career at KPMG, where he gained significant accounting experience and became Assistant Manager at one of the firm's largest regional UK teams.
