Admission of Equity to AIM and allotment

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that further to the announcement on 30 January 2024, the Initial Consideration Shares in relation to the acquisition of Tellworth Investments LLP have today been issued and admitted to trading on AIM. The shares have been allotted to John Warren and Paul Marriage and his connected parties. The Initial Consideration Shares have selling restrictions, namely that 25% must be held for at least one year and the remaining 75% must be held for at least two years from 30 January 2024, being the date of Completion.
