Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 23 January 2024, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 22.38 pence per Ordinary Share and on 24 January 2024, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 23.30 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition, Staffline has been notified of the following additional transactions in the Ordinary Shares on 23 January 2024. 76,470 Ordinary Shares were purchased for discretionary private clients of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited at an average purchase price of 22.38 pence per Ordinary Share. Additionally, 75,968 Ordinary Shares were sold and repurchased by Henry Spain Investment Services Limited at an average price of 22.50 pence per Ordinary Share as a result of adjustments to individual client portfolios.

Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a notifiable interest in 36,092,753 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.2% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
