CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF SECURITIES

Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) (the "Issuer") hereby announces that the listing of the following securities have been cancelled from: (i) the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority and (ii) the London Stock Exchange plc with effect from 24 January 2024 at 08:00:

(a)     EUR750,000,000 1.125 per cent. Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2441574089); and

(b)     EUR500,000,000 1.000 per cent. Notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS2345996743).

With effect from 21 December 2023, the Notes have been admitted to the official list of Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") and trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
