Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, notes the announcement 'Holding(s) in Company' released by the Company on 23 January 2024 at 13:24 under RNS No 6541A, regarding a notification of major holdings by Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore Capital").

The Company has since been informed by Shore Capital that its holding had been incorrectly calculated and that Shore Capital does not hold a notifiable interest in Versarien, pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The 'Holding(s) in Company' announcement released on 23 January 2024 at 13:24 should be disregarded in full.
