CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 23 January 2024 at 1:09pm under RNS No 6533A.

The following sentence should read: "The purchase was made via the DL Walters trust of which Mr Walters and his wife are both trustees.  Following the purchase of shares, Mr Walters and persons closely associated with him are, in aggregate, interested in 10,861,609 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 22.44% of the current issued share capital." - and not -  "The purchase was made via the DL Walters trust of which Mr Walters is a trustee and of which Mr Walters' wife is the beneficiary.  Following the purchase of shares, Mr Walters together with his wife hold in aggregate 10,861,609 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 22.44% of the current issued share capital." - as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified today that Andy Walters, Executive Chair of Quartix has bought a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 178 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchase was made via the DL Walters trust of which Mr Walters and his wife are both trustees.  Following the purchase of shares, Mr Walters and persons closely associated with him are, in aggregate, interested in 10,861,609 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 22.44% of the current issued share capital.
