Confirmation of Director Appointment

M&C Saatchi is pleased to announce the appointment of Dame Heather Rabbatts as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Heather's appointment concludes a thorough search process following the Company's announcement on 30 March 2023 that Lisa Gordon did not intend to seek re-election to the Board and would therefore step down as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier last year on 14 June 2023.

Heather has held a number of executive and non-executive roles including in local government, infrastructure, media and sports. She currently holds a broad range of Non-Executive Directorship roles across companies and organisations including Associate British Foods plc, Times Up UK, and Soho Theatre. She has previously been a Non-Executive Director of Kier Group plc and Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and was the first woman on the Board of the Football Association in over 150 years.

Heather Rabbatts, incoming Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, commented:
