("Touchstar", the "Company" or the "Group")

Grant of options

Touchstar plc (AIM:TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that the Board have approved the grant of up to 211,876 share options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Options"). Of which 70,000 Options have been awarded to Mark Hardy (CEO) and Natasha (CFO). The Options are exercisable at 95p per share subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions. The Options have been awarded under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") as approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting on 23 June 2021.

Mark Hardy, CEO, has been granted 40,000 Options, following which he now holds in aggregate 116,000 Options. Natasha Rourke, CFO, has been granted 30,000 Options, following which she now holds in aggregate 70,000 Options.
