Non-executive Director Resignation

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, today announces that Lara Boro, Senior Independent Director, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 22 February 2024 after 6 years on the Board. 

Lara is the Senior Independent Director and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.  The Company will announce the appointment of Lara's successor as Senior Independent Director and provide an update on Committee membership in due course.

Commenting on today's announcement, the Chairman, Julie Southern, said:
