Grant of Share Options

Northamber (AIM:NAR), announces that under its Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"), it has granted a total of 67,415 options ("CSOP Options") over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Jeremy Keefe, pursuant to his appointment as Group Managing Director on 2 January 2024.
The exercise price of the CSOP Options is equal to the mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share on 9 January 2024, being 44.5 pence.
The CSOP Options will vest and become exercisable on the later of:
• the third anniversary of the date of grant; and
· the date on which the board of directors determines that the volume-weighted average mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share as derived from the AIM Appendix to the Daily Official List ("VWAP") over a period of 30 dealing days, is equal to or greater than £0.90 ("VWAP Target").
