Director/PDMR Shareholding

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS) has been notified that Gomrath Limited, a family investment company controlled by Dan Wright, Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 January 2024 at an average price of 11 pence per ordinary share. Following the transaction, Gomrath Limited are interested in an aggregate of 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing 0.55% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  

Additionally, the Company has also been notified that Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited ("Lombard Odier"), PCA of Henry Turcan, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased a total of 3,728,485 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 January 2024 at an average price of 11 pence per ordinary share. Lombard Odier purchased a further total of 6,017,861 ordinary shares in the Company on 3 January 2024 at an average price of 11 pence per ordinary share. Following the transactions, Lombard Odier are interested in an aggregate of 46,938,024 ordinary shares representing 25.75% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
