Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights

Gelion plc (AIM: GELN), the Anglo-Australian energy storage innovator, announces that Amit Gupta, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options over 12,144 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Exercise"). Following the Exercise, Amit Gupta will hold 110,477 shares.

Following the Exercise, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 136,010,603 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and thus the total number of voting rights in the Company is 136,010,603. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
