Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 (the 'Annual Report') together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice') are available to download from the Company's website at www.premiermiton.com/corporate and have been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.

Annual General Meeting

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3DE at 10.00am on Wednesday 7 February 2024. 

In addition, we will be hosting an audio broadcast of the AGM to enable those shareholders who are unable to attend in person to listen to the proceedings.

Details regarding shareholder registration for the AGM audio broadcast will be made available via a further regulatory news service announcement in due course.
