Donegal Investment Group ("the Company") announces that on 19th December 2023, it made an on market purchase of 873 Ordinary shares at a price of €16.42 per Ordinary share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

1,521,420 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

873 Ordinary shares held in treasury

1,522,293 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
