ANNUAL REPORT AND STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR TO 31 JULY 2023

CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDRES AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that it posted on 14 December 2023 to its shareholders a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Statement of Accounts to 31 July 2023, which contained the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 January 2024, at the Company's Registered Office.

The Company also issued to its shareholders a Circular to Shareholders providing explanatory notes to the resolutions being proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

A copy of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts and the Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

A copy of the all of the above documents will be put on the Company's website at:  www.jsmart.co.uk.
