Northern Bear (LSE:NTBR), the AIM quoted holding company of the group of companies providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, announces that, following the Company's purchase and subsequent transfer to treasury of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Tender Offer, as announced on 23 October 2023, the following shareholders have notified their revised percentages of total voting rights in the Company as follows:
