TRA announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:30 a.m. on 28 December 2023 at 1 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3HZ.

The Notice of AGM, Chairman's Letter and Form of Proxy (including instructions for completing the same) will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the AGM documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.tertrerougeassets.com.

If any shareholders intend to attend the AGM in person (or appoint someone to attend on their behalf), please provide prior confirmation by email to info@tertrerougeassets.com before 11:30 a.m. on 22 December 2023 to allow the Company to plan appropriately.
