ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, has been notified that on 30 November 2023, David Hallas, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 37,759 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 105.9 pence per share.

Following this transaction, David Hallas' total interest in the Company is 91,153 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
