TCS Group Holding PLC: changes to the
composition of the Board and its Committees
Limassol, Cyprus – 20 November 2023. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI), a leading provider of financial and lifestyle services via its digital ecosystem, today announces that Mr. Sergei Arsenyev and Mr. Dmitry Trembovolsky, independent non-executive directors of the Company, have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
The changes had effect on 19 November 2023.
There are no other matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
