Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, confirms that copies of its 2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are being posted to shareholders today.  Copies are now available from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 26.  The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 7 December 2023, at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.

Directorate Change

Graham Eves has indicated his intention to step down from his position as Non-Executive Director at the AGM, and as such will not be seeking re-election. The board is seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.
