Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), a foreign exchange and payments solutions company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through its proprietary technology platform, announces that James Hickman, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 74,649 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 13.38 pence each, on 9 November 2023. Following the purchase, Mr Hickman holds 144,059 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company  representing 0.25% of the issued share capital.
