Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report & Accounts

Virgin Wines (AIM:VINO), one of the UK's largest direct-to-consumer online wine retailers, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report & Accounts for the period ended 30 June 2023 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Copies of both are available on the Company's website at www.virginwinesplc.co.uk or by request. They are also available on request from the Company at its registered office.

The AGM will be held in person at 1:30pm on Wednesday 6 December 2023 at the Tickled Trout Hotel, Preston New Road, Samlesbury, Preston, PR5 0UJ.

In addition, in 2023 the Group's Head of Buying, Sophie Lord, was also named Buyer of the Year by Decanter magazine.
