Block Listing Application

NIOX Group plc ("NIOX" or "the Company") today announces that an application (the "Application") has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 71,885 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The Application relates to Ordinary Shares to be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the potential exercise of share options granted under the 2021 SAYE Scheme.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 November 2023. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
