Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, has been notified that on Thursday 2 November 2023, Paul Hodges, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Mr Hodges is interested in 2,075,318 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.03 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
