Dublin-Ireland, 27 October 2023: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), today announces that Fiona Dunlevy has joined the Board as an Executive Director. Outgoing CEO, Darragh Lyons, will resign from the Board on 1 December 2023. The Board changes are consistent with the Leadership Updates announcement made on 5 July 2023.
