Board Change

Star Energy (AIM:STAR) announces that Doug Fleming has informed the Board of his intention to step down as Non-executive Director, as he takes up a new fulltime executive role. He will remain in his Non-executive role until 23rd January 2024.

The Company is already in a process to appoint an additional Non-executive Director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
