NEXT plc ("the Company" or "NEXT")

New Issue and Additional Listing

NEXT has applied to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority for 745,912 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("New Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The New Shares will be issued and allotted to satisfy part of the consideration for the purchase of FatFace. When issued the New Shares will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Total Voting Rights

Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 am on Thursday 19 October 2023 following which the share capital of the Company will consist of 127,543,695 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.  All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and no shares will be held in Treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEXT plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
