Resignation of Non-Executive Director

LDG announces that Stephen Harley has informed the board of his decision to resign as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 November 2023, to pursue other interests.

Adrian Collins, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Stephen for the contribution he has made to the Company during his time on the board. He leaves behind a strong team, and we wish him well in his future endeavours."
