Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intercede, a leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 10 October 2023 that:

·    Klaas van der Leest, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 81,400 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 49 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Van der Leest's total beneficial interest in the Company is 898,200 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.54% of the Company's total voting rights.

·    Nitil Patel, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 4,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 48.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Patel's total beneficial interest in the Company is 35,268 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
